2009 will be a transition year, we have reached the end of an ERA. At the end of the cold war there were numerous attemps to define what would be the new political world order. One and what many believed would define it was the "Last man and the End of History." The other and what came to pass was "A Clash of Cultures."
Today we are confronted with what will be the new economic and financial world order. And the booksellers pundits are out in droves to speculate and define it. However, how it develops remeins to be seen.
